Molly Williams is a professional life coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and Reiki Master based in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Her specialty is creating experiences that draw individuals inward, a process she calls ‘deep listening’. Molly previously spent 23 years working for nonprofit organizations in leadership positions. Today, she harnesses her vast experience, education, and intuitive abilities to offer life-changing programs for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

In January 2018, Molly opened a wellness collaborative in Salem, Massachusetts called the Nourishing Life Center. She works with private clients; holds small group classes and workshops; teaches weekly yoga and meditation classes at local yoga studios; and has developed a traveling program called “Healthy Body & Mind at Work” to bring the best, most simple form of yoga and meditation into the workplace.

Doug Volk,
The Morpheus Conspiracy

A Novel about Vietnam War Heroism . . . and Betrayal

Douglas Volk is a veteran corporate executive who also writes dark thrillers that are “hard to put down” (Maine Sunday Telegram). The author of The Morpheus Conspiracy and two more forthcoming novels in The Morpheus Series, he also serves as CEO of the award-winning Volk Packaging Corporation.

One of the most interesting things about Volk’s approach to novel writing is the way he uses the tools of business to build his thrillers from the ground up. After assembling a team of specialists with firsthand knowledge of sleep science, crime scene forensics, psychiatry and law enforcement homicide investigation techniques, he taps into the team’s expertise throughout the writing and editing process in each of his books.

Thanks to this “team approach,” his paranormal crime thrillers have often been praised for their credibility and convincingly realistic detail.

Volk’s novels also frequently include another of his major concerns: the painful and deeply disturbing impact of the “betrayal” of U.S. soldiers who fought in Vietnam by their own government. As a U.S. Army veteran himself, he’s passionately committed to telling stories about that tragic betrayal whenever he can.

Douglas Volk lives in Maine with his wife of more than 45 years. They have two adult children and five grandchildren.

Says the hardworking author, who’s also published datelined news stories on Cuba and Rwanda for the Boston Globe and Portland (ME) Press Herald in recent years: “I learned a long time ago that success depends on getting all the input you can from other people—and then pushing your own creativity “to the max”.

Brittany Fenkel,
Gobbles Gives a Turkey

The Mission of Gobbles

The book, “Gobbles Gives a Turkey” is about a hungry little dog named Gobbles who wakes up on Thanksgiving eager to eat all his favorite foods. Gobbles soon learns that the food that is being cooked is not for him– it is for the residents of a local homeless shelter.  Gobbles joins his family as they cook and serve Thanksgiving dinner and share love and kindness in all their actions that day.  The book, “Gobbles Gives a Turkey” addresses homelessness gently, compassionately and respectfully–in a way that children will understand and sympathize with while raising awareness of the power we each hold to make a difference in the lives of others.*

Through Gobbles, the authors (the Fenkel family) share their real life experience of cooking for a homeless shelter every Thanksgiving. The Fenkels have also started an ongoing community service project they call “SERVE,” whereby they invite family, friends and community members with them to serve meals to residents of local homeless shelters. Their goal is to share the joy of serving with as many people as possible. They encourage all, “Gobbles Gives a Turkey” readers to start their own SERVE community service projects.

To learn how to start SERVE in your community, read on…

*A portion of the proceeds from the sale of, “Gobbles Gives a Turkey” will go to Project HOME.  Project HOME is a Philadelphia non-profit organization empowering individuals to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness through affordable housing, employment, health care, and education. (
